For science we have just been working on an experiment involving Micro Organisms. We had three bottles, Bottle 1: Hot water, Bottle 2: Warm water and Bottle 3: Cold water. We  put half a tsp of Yeast and a quarter of a tsp of Sugar the size and shape of the bottles were the same but the point of the experiment was to see which temprerature the yeast is most active at.

ps. I predicted that Warm water would work best.

  1. Hello,

I find this experiment interesting. I would have predicted the warm water bottle as well. But you did not post the results, so which bottle did the yeast become most active it? Also, what does the sugar do in the bottles? Why was it added?
Please continue your blogging, you did a good job with this one, by including what the experiment consisted of.
